Ite college east volleyball teams 2008 Hello, Awhile since i last updated, Wonder if anyone comes and read, Alright, Some updates. Today marks the end of Punngol east matches int he nee soon cup, Lost all 3 games, i finally score my first few points, WOOT! it a 3 points all the way from downtown,(Try to make it sound nice, it my only 3 points in the comp)Today only 6 players turn up, me, you xiang,marcus,gilford,li ming and derrick. So i manage to play the whole match. =) I have to say we play not bad, defence between and gilford was alright(from coach) Covered for each other, For me my shots was bad, but during warm up, i took about 15 three points,scored 9 to 11 but when i match it was 1/4 25% shot rate, which means i took 4 three points shot only scored 1. As for volleyball, ite college east won second no thanks to me, i was a just a guy on the bench. Watching the guys slotting their guts out to win, in the end in the final we lose to college west team 1 Although we won them in the group stages, there were some rumors that they "put water" to let us win, so we will think they are so good. Never mind, i vows to train up and not be a normal Guy on the bench and be more active and able to be a good sub which i can help the guys out! Next year !guys! We will get it back from their hands! All the way~!
Roughly that all, Holiday quickly come! Oh ya, the volleyball could be going overseas! WOHOOO!!!

Hey people here for some updates in my life, Just now 7 pm had a basketball match vs nee soon central we lose i think is 39-70 or something, First quarter was a close fight as i think they didn't expect us to score and play so well,only was able to went in to play in the closing last minutes of second quarter Crap Didn't even get to touch the ball got one fast break, tim got the ball i was free, but yet tim chose to pass it to henry who was guard by two players, ArGH! Disappointed with my self. I am a burden, finding myself losing the favour of coach. Last year's CSC tournament still was a regular sub but for this tournament only when he Gave up on the game then i was able to be sub in to play. Sian. Manage to have two shots,Miss both shots =(, both 3 points.Over shot!= Air ball. Got one foul , Play abit rough as i was piss with myself. For the next match , the next Saturday i vows to score and perform well! Tomorrow have training hope to impress coach so he will me play more next match! As for volleyball in ite simei, Highly chance i will a sub too .Both sian!=( Main 6 too strong! The competition for volleyball is end of this months, Wondering when get Jersey sia.

New addition Hi guys and ladies, Been rather busy with training and stuff these few weeks, this saturday marks the start of the nee soon central competition, first match vs the host nee soon Central, Our team thinks that they puposly make us play with them, they want to trash us in front of the minister, as there will be minister there. Just finish doing my research on motor neurons, muscle fibres and sliding filement.
Wooohooo! the weekends are reaching soon. I just got a new addition to my wardrobe, just got it from leon today. "Fuck the fakeshit" cap, it wasn't as good and nice i thought it would be. =(
Tomorrow maybe going out with the guys for movie, maybe watching ironman again.
I thinking of wooing you back, should i?

Hi ladies and gentlemen, i am back from volleyball training camp. Although it is just a short 2 days 1 night camp, i think that it strenghten the bond between the 2 team, team 1 and team 2.Although i am from team 1 , i hang around around with team 2 , to encourage them and as i can lick more to them. But when it's sleeping time , it a whole volleyball team event, Postitions was made by the seniors and jian le, all sorts of numbers , labels and name was out, they even invent a new stunt, the Dragon boat postition. Funny right? how i wish i can grab hold of the pictures , then post it here. I also found out, ivan can dance. Breaking i meant! I am certainly below par with him in breaking skills.All in all the entertainment came from the seniors! Second day had friendly with a club yonex or you'r next, not sure of the name. We won. Oh ya, Some update, i made it to volleybal team 1, Hopefully for basketabll i can make it to at least team 2, having a place in the team makes me real happy.=) Jia you IVAN!

Hey all!Today's labour day, i was lazing around whole day, catching up my on much needed sleep. Woke up about12 then went back to dreamland at about 2, then woke up at 7! Incredible right? Slept for so many hours! I think it due to the cause of lack of sleep during the weekdays, so got chance to sleep just sleep till my fill! Yesterday night went to k box hougang plaza after my basketball training for wai yang birthday. Guess who i saw there, jane! My secondary school classmate, awhile since i saw her, she grown pretty and slimmer! She was there to find her bf.Boon,justin,darren choo,yue seng ,jia hiong , zhi xun and lastly wai yang was there!i was to tired to sing much, after drinking down the two drinks, i feel asleep while the rest sing and have fun. Reach home about 4. Super tired bath then off to bed. Some pictures!
