What up? People. Today was a good weather day. The sun was scorching Hot in the afternoon, Luckily by the time training starts. MR.sun was going back home. Today had a short day at class, Slack all they way after 12 , to wait for the start of basketball training. Something very embarrassing happen. It happen in the library study room.I was suppose to watch the 3 groups drama skit, In the end guess what! YES! I fell asleep after the second skit. BY the time i woke up, Everyone was gone. SO Pai sei! =X Today was a fantastic training session for me. I tried apply the stuff i was taught from training, And it works! like the pointing pointing stuff.It totally wokrs. I manage to intersap 4-5 balls then fast break about 7-9 times during the 5 vs 5 matches! SO happy! I guess now coach really will take notice of me.He even ask for me full name! WOOTS! IVAN Wants to make it into team 1! HAHA! Hopefully ! Tomorrow sports management having a 3 on 3 basketball competition . it organise by the year 2. But i having second thought of going. Having cramp all over , since i reach home. I think due to never warm down.Next time must warm down. TOday training i damm Noisy, LIke say KUKU JIAO! I WANNA BE A KUKU JIAO! Good night then. CIAO!

Point guard (PG), also called the one or "the ball-handler", is one of the standard positions in a regulation basketball game. The Basketball Handbook by Lee Rose describes a point guard as a coach on the floor, who can handle and distribute the ball to teammates. It also states that the more speed a point guard has, the more likely he will be able to create separation and space off the dribble, which allows the point guard room to work. Point guards should also be vocal floor leaders, and should discuss rule interpretations with officials. A point guard must always know the time on both the shot clock and the game clock, the score, the number of timeouts for both teams, and whom to foul late in the game.
A true point guard's job is to create scoring opportunities for his team. The role includes passing and running the offense: setting up plays on the court, getting the ball to the teammate that he feels is in the best position to score, and dictating the tempo of the game. After an opponent scores, it is typically the point guard who brings the ball down court to begin an offensive play. For this reason, passing skills, ball handling, and court vision are pivotal. Point guards are often evaluated more on their assist totals than on their scoring. Still, a first-rate point guard should also have a reasonably effective jump shot.
If a point guard has more size (height, muscle) compared to the prototypical point guard, it is considered a plus, but size is only secondary to knowledge of the game and skill. Among the taller players who have enjoyed success at the position is Magic Johnson, who was 6'9" and won the National Basketball Association Most Valuable Player Award three times in his career. Other point guards who have been named the NBA MVP include Bob Cousy, Oscar Robertson, Allen Iverson, and Steve Nash.

Hey Hey! Fast weekend i had.Didn't really had much rest during the weekend. Sunday morning was basketball session with gang. Play till 2 then went home to clean up and off to plaza to do my ISS powerpoint. At first, had no idea how to start. In the end still manage to do it. SO ya. Ivan is smart! As for today, It my class's turn to have our nafa. I didn't get enough sleep the night before. So was literally dragging my fat body out of my bed then off to school. I was super shag. Brain was still asleep when i reach school. 2.4 km was first , the instruction was unclear. Zhi hao & co and me didn't know what was the first item. then we saw hubert and kenrick,etc start running so i just run. I keep thinking."WA! So fast run 2.4, siao bo? AIYO, Must chiong!" My target was to get top 20 or top 15. In the end i got position no: 17.Not bad . I wanted top 15! But never mind, at least i prove ivan the fat ass cna run! Many was shock or suprised that i cna run despite i was kind of fat. As for the timing we still duno about it, but marks says our timing is less than 10 mins, he about 2 postion behind me, his timing was about 9.55. I wonder what my timing but i never get below 10 mins before . So kind of shock. Rush to my bed the moment i reach home. Super drained out. tomorrow still got training! Aiyo! =)曾靜玟
