DING DONG. Saturday was working at bedok NTUC with Ah Boon and Hui Xian, Tiring as i didnt had much sleep the night before,was tossing and turning on my bed.Super restless.This few week can't sleep early must wait till wee hour then can sleep. Feel like a zombie man.! Work at Bedok was slack but i due to lack of sleep then tired and my ankle and feet hurt like crap. Sunday was slack! Woke up late then rot at home use plain using the comp to play "Football Manager"HEY, I won the league cup,UEFA cup and FA Cup with Newcastle okay?Game always will be a game, Newcastle now is like the second last from bottom table! WTH! Tomorrow there evening training, Hope everything will be good as my ankle and knee is giving me some problems ,i can't jump or run smoothly. So I shall go and have my sleep now. Take care!

Just Catch F1 on Channel 5 after basketball session just now. I find it kind of cool, From the look of things i think that the driver are not getting to the road at Singapore Esp it at night , I am sure it does make a different , although Most of the driver mention that they were more afraid of wet weathers. Actually i am suppose to work in this event as one of the waiter in of the hotel that is in the route of the night race. I do urge my Friend or whoever see my this post to at least catch a glimpse of the race.HEY! It's the first time Singapore is hosting the F1 and the first night race ever! So do try to catch it! After watch the test drive of the driver ,i kinda regret not to work int he F1 event! Never mind! My arm are aching from Wii-ing at Daniel house last night! Super fun la.I always wanted to play with it.We bowl,baseball,golf,box. FUN!
That all, Back to work tomorrow with AH boon. He in-charge sia.LOL. Got to reach at 9 am. So got go turn in! BYE.

Fishing at Bedok Jetty with Daniel, Hwa, G.R , Chu Xiang ,Derrick And Lileen. Caught alot of small fishes as seen above. My debut rod didn't caught anything. SAD =( The Guys are back from Philippines, Heard that it was very fun. Training tomorrow .Will be hearing more stories from them. I do hope i can wake up in the morning tomorrow to go have a swim before going down for training. That all for today folks! Time to turn in.

Hi, Sexy people out there. My mood is good today. Other than feel abit abit abit tiny down cause the basketball guys almost all are at Philippines for the basketball sports trip, which i obviously can't go. =( As previously went for the KL Trip already. SAD. Low sia. Yesterday after my basketball match over at bedok sports hall, rush down to to taka's seoul garden for soon hwa's birthday. Okay, let me talk about my basketball match first, Surprises! Coach let me play quite alot, it was totally not what i expected, i thought my butt would be glue to the bench and i will be bench warmer but i play quite alot! Plus , minus should about 2 quarter plus. =)HAPPY la. Terenece going oversea so he don't wanna go. Hey dude, i'm sorry if i sound fierce or angry on the phone. SORRY! Ohya, We lost the match, lose about 20 odds points . I didn't manage to score but i manage to dish out about 3 assists! Miss both of my two shots which was 3 points. I think i can play better so hope the next match which is on wednesay, i can perform and break my scoring egg!Plus i injured myself again. =( thigh and ankle. Dinner at seoul' garden was fun, Hey All! Thanks for the watch, they bought a adidas watch for me. Damm happy! *bow* THANKS! You guys know la, i don really know how to express myself. thanks alot. After that we went to catch a movie. "Mirrors" Freaking gore !Blood were pissing everywhere! Scary, but the storyline kind of suck.maybe a 3/5? I think 4bia is slightly better.

Swimming at Sengkang.CC today. Tomorrow too, Hope i can wake up in time.
Recently , i was just inform that the CSC Games is at this saturday. WTF. SO Fast? ANKLE, Please recover ! I been trying to work it out abit. Abit of Stairs climbing,shooting hoops and swimming.As i can't feel any strength in my left leg.My gone all weak and kind of fat. =( At times there pain , at there no pain at all. Most of the swelling are gone, Why hasn't my leg recover? I seriously do hope it recover before saturday. I only can hope for the best to happen.

hey. Earthlings out there. Hello. Just back at home. Time :3.27am Date: 14/9/2008 I was at the Buangkok area, spending the lantern day and so call my birthday.I was very happy, As this is like the first time anyone other then my family celebrate with me. But deep down i feeling moody. Reason? Plenty! Could be that i never seems able to date you out.Very little friends wished me , i can be consider a person need attention esp at such occasion. Come on'! It MY BIRTHDAY YA! I think i receive less than ten sms greeting. Really thankful towards those friends who was at there with me at Buangkok Just now. Sorry if i was feeling moody. While at there ,i peep at a couple who was having a happy time at there. So freaking jealous of them.Makes me wonder when was last time i had a gf.Actually i never had a gf that spend any occasion or event with me before.I know there could be people worse out there. But hey! It my blog, i have the rights to rant right~! Tomorrow ky & co have a outing for me, picnic at harbour front.I am thinking of putting aeroplane, I think by the time anyone of them seen it, My birthday would have past. Sorry first. Hey ho!Time check:5.25 am in the morning. Subject:Ivan tan.
He still have not get his ass on to his bed. He suppose to be asleep at this time. He don't feel excited nor happy that his Birthday is fast approaching.Had a not very good start of his holiday. He spent it rotting away. So far he think the best was to fish his night away. He finds it relaxed and he totally enjoys it! He hopes to really catch some fish too! 1 More day to 14/9.
I shall rot at home. I seriously feel so listless and restless ,unable to basketball and do sports.darn, my ankle. Clement just updated me,Kim chi boy also just sprained his ankle, hope his isn't as bad as mine. Take care dude.Recover soon!I wanna be back training,Jumping,Running, Shooting hoops. =)

Updates!* My ankle is having a speedy recovery! Wohooo! I can walk Fast fast!Not much limping! =) *claps claps* Shiok sia! AND also the official timing for my Nike human race is 71 mins! it's 1hr 11mins!It's way faster than my target! Faster by a whole 4 mins! =) I am so happy! Although i now cant even run!*Ahem! I offically declare Ivan Tan Cheng En's 10KM Personal Best is 1hr 11mins! My next target is 1 hour flat! Yes!Thought of taing up the standard charted 42 km But i think i will die there! Maybe next time!

Hey, People. I just taken the bitter and disgusting medicine !3 Times a day!4 Tablets each time! Torturing! For the sake of my ankle and speedy recovery! Yesterday went to see sin seh. The doc acuperature for me. abit pain, like a red ant bite. ANKLE ! ANKLE Quickly recover! I Vow to be back better than ever!
