Hey all. Exam period so abit lazy to update and stuff. Sudden urge to cut down my weight ASAP. As zhi hao said, i now so heavy can already run till such standard why not lost more weight, so i can run alot more faster? Agree with what he say.So i shall come up with a plan to lose weight ASAP! During holiday, I from 78 cut down to 72 . Now should be about 73,74?I intend to cut down to 65! Okay , enough about those stuff.
I was blog hopping just now ,chance upon one of my SM senior's blog.She went for the penang, sport trip during her first year. Looking at the photos , The team that was there all seems so happy!But for mine this year which we went KL, like so many problems happen! I think i went there ,never take picture! =( it was like i was not even there! See the picture above, try finding me, no chance! Okay, got to go.

Hi, People on the net. Had the YO-YO test today.It was way more tiring then the beep test. WOAH! DAMMMMMMM Tiring after doing it. i think i only manage to hit 15.8, last level of 15! Once again iryani was the best!i think 18.4! OMG! Someone people are so drown by love yet they are unhappy. For people me so starve of loves lah!Can't even complain! see!

By JIE HUI! Forgotten to update about this. Had Beep test during FOF, Second time taking it. First time was years back during stints at Kovan paya lebar FC. But only do till Level 7 the radio broke down. BUT but today, I made it to level 12.1! WOHOOO! My target was only 10. Maybe the group that i was with is very challenging ! This certainly made my day! The best was set by Iryani, 13.5! That was high!

"IT"S SUNDAY! & I STAY AT HOME!?!?!" During weekdays, i kept hoping weekend arrive soon now it's weekend and i am bored to tears. Ever since itesc ended find it super meaningless and bored to go school. Maybe there no more training anymore that causes me to feel this bored? Come to think of it, when i just started studying in CE,My after schools are packed with CCA training, First it was Volleyball and Basketball training at alternate Days. Fill my Monday to Thursday fully. Then after Volleyball competition ended , It was track training with Basketball now even Basketball season has ended. For me now after school first thing is" HOME" Boring! Maybe come to think of it , it could be a good thing. It gives me some time to relax my ankle. As most of my friends might know my ankle had been giving me problems for a long while. Last Saturday was a Basketball Session with friends and some of team mates at ce. X.t bought his friends over , at first thought they were all very Xl. keep looking at us but in the end they were friendly. Ok. Main point. As when we were leaving , kennthe tho was looking for his NeverFlat Ball. pipi they all took the ball and play at another side then they lent it to a guy , let call him " PRAWN FACE"! As when we were playing they suddenly left. They didnt jio for next team or what. puzzle me. When kenn found out ball was missing , we suspect it was they who took it, So we went over to 299 to find them . At first we saw a ball cover by a towel also same brand.but it was not kenn ball then Bla bla bla. saw another ball in the bag. then the Prawn face scare,no choice then took it out. Gave excuse that he found it by the road! WTF! By the road? 90 bucks basketball by the road, might as well say a diamond by the road. 0_O" I find it freaking sad la! Now Singapore so unsafe till the extend that you might lose your ball when having a game with your friends. LMAO! Pathetic , Have to use your gf's bag to hide the ball.Don't know why,I just find it F^cking pathetic ! NUMBER 11 Siol!

THE MVP. Desmond POH. Hello. Shall update on the ITESC Basketball finals. First up for today is the 'B' Boys match. It's ITE College East Vs College Central. Having previously met each other in the group stage. College East beat College central about 13 points if i am not wrong. But this time in the finals, college central gave the Eagles a hard fight, Leading at 19-10 after the first quarter. After a slight change to the tactics.It was Close fight since the tip off. I was at the bench with the boys. I could seriously feel how they felt. The second and third quarter , they pull back the score to about 6 points. A few of the Central player had foul trouble.Number 8 and one of the center. At the fourth quarter , Desmond 3points's form came back as in the first 3 quarter his shooting form was way off Esp in the first quarter missing 4 straight shots. In the fourth qua scoring 2 three points and few free throws. Hardworking work and never say die spirit were shown by both teams! Also credits to wei jie for keeping his cool to manage to score the free throws , Johnthan and Jacky to score their free throw and fast break and Terence score the 3's and free throw and 2 steals by him!And the bench players, For cheering all the way. NICE one!Okay to the main highlight of the match. With 2.9 secs left. coach Gary called for a time out for the ball to be start at the half way line. Instructions were given. wei jie start the ball, 3 players screen for Desmond , to let him try the 3. Off they go to the court, Other than wei jie , Eric,Jacky and one more guy screen for Desmond at the foul line. Then the ball were pass to Desmond and the shot were off . It was total silence . In went the Ball. Everyone went wild! Celebration were mad e by The Ce players, It was HIGH! IT crazy! BUZZ BEATER. SO that what they call, Save the best for the last? JUDOS to the both teams. They totally played their guts out. I believe it was no fluke that the eagles won. It was all their hard work. It was a close fight. Eventually Desmond poh was awarded The Most Valuable Player award for this ITESC .
