Hello, Nothing much happen this few days. Basketball,training ad more basketball, I don't seems to improve. =X
Anyway , Singapore Finally going have their second medal in olympic after so many years. I think everyone have been stuck by the olympic fever even my Parents watch it!
I think Michael phelps is MAD!7 gold medals already, 1 more to go. His target wa to get 8 gold medals. He like breaking the records that he is talking part in. He has a hot hot hot hot hot hot! Body!Sexy!

Hey, I not gay! I just know how to admire both gender.
Also the fastest man in the 100m mark is Usain Bolt of Jamaica ,His timing was 9.69 sec. Even faster than you can read finish my this really really dumb sentence! HAHAHA!

Today alot also marks the Start of EPL. Arsenal won their first match wih nasir scoring on his debut!
