Tiring training from track and basketball. My legs almost went running on it's own.LOL
Track training was at pool! Did lots of drills in the pool! It was freaking fun! Twice the effort ,twice the result! I hope. super tired. Basketball trainigng was a killer too!Sprint, jog , sprint ,jog!5 Sets of dragon-ball! Dragon boat + basketball training! Wahaha! 100 push ups! 100 sit-ups! 100 shots of 3 points and 100 shots of 2 points! OMG! Didn't know i did so much till i think back! Wahahah!
