Updates!* My ankle is having a speedy recovery!

I can walk Fast fast!Not much limping! =) *claps claps* Shiok sia!
AND also the official timing for my Nike human race is 71 mins! it's 1hr 11mins!It's way faster than my target! Faster by a whole 4 mins! =) I am so happy! Although i now cant even run!*Ahem! I offically declare Ivan Tan Cheng En's 10KM Personal Best is 1hr 11mins! My next target is 1 hour flat! Yes!Thought of taing up the standard charted 42 km But i think i will die there! Maybe next time!
