Today was the release of the GCE o level result. I had my share last year and previous year, sadly i didn't make it to poly. Sharing with you all.
The first time i took , the result was
Horrible in bold! L1R4 37! it like almost all the subject F9 and E8's .I cried after receiving the result slip and i just threw it into the dustbin. I didn't even had a higher nitec course.So i decided to retain, try my best to get a way better result. But before i could retain . I need to have a interview with the principal , actually with my result i cant even retain .Luckily words from Mr.chan and Mrs.chong ,i managed to retain at sec 5 to take my o levels again.
I can't really say i slog my ass off the year i retain. Ah boon and janna was much more hardworking! I was on a on/off situation. Awhile work hard awhile slack like nonsense.I slack more than i hard work. Then comes the motivational camp, it certainly perks me up for about 2 weeks?maybe 10 days. haha.
The time i really start my engine was after prelims. i slog my ass off to study for maths. i kind of gave up science. As i never had the basics for science.
In the end my result for R4 was 25.Although i had poly courses due to i failed maths, i never make it.Although there was improvement, it was not enough to send me to poly.
For the 89's that retain. Boon went to tp's BZE , Janna went to MI (3 years A level) , Feng wei went NYP. Ming Rong went TP.Chin chong went NAFA. JUstin went RP. Only left Ji cai and me, we went ITE eventually we were classmate again X5! 5 times! =) Same course
Sports management in ITE College East.
I believe we each went to course that was our interest or liking. It been a year since i/we graduate . So i hope everyone do well in their own area.
